A month ago I was approached by a media group to reach out to my “followers” and promote a cruise.  My blog was not created to solicit; it exists simply to share my experiences and thoughts on a variety of topics.  I do however feel a strong sense of indebtedness to a number of the presenters.

The sheer experience of the presenters on this cruise is impressive and I wholeheartedly recommend anyone that is managing a chronic disease or assisting a loved one that is to consider spending a week with this group.

Dr. Caldwell & Ann Esselstyn:  Without them I would not have had a plan leaving the hospital.  Essy has taken nothing from me and gives everything.  I had a quick question regarding my surgery and sent him an email a few months back; he called back within an hour from his house to discuss.  Not the first time either.

Dr. Campbell:  He has provided the fire power to constantly revive my commitment to a Plant Based lifestyle.  He also was integral in providing my wife with her Plant Based Certification from Cornell University.

The trip is in March of 2013.
